This language key can't be used in extensions until a new release in the PunBB 1.3 branch.

How are we supposed to use this new key? The notice is still generated in the manifest.xml file.

I'd like to translate the footer asap because it looks ridiculous being the only part in English on the forum pages.

now "Currently used extensions" is hardcoded into manifest files. one may replace that string manually, but that's ugly. please move this string into the translatable parts (lang folder) so that we can translate it to our own languages in the proper way.
