The only thing I did last night was upgrade from Punbb 1.2.20 to 1.2.21.</p><p>Here is the response my hosting provided:</p><div class="quotebox"><blockquote><p>On our new platform the MySQL concurrent connection is 10 at a time, so you are receiving the error message ‘max_user_connections’.
