ip cluster, say if its a c0mcast server or a certain outfit in TURKEY or Russia, well
then wouldn't 123.124.125.224 be effectivly block with 123.124.0 or even the
old school 123.124.0.0(SPACE)123.124.255.255

Why are these ip formats not A L L O V E R THE PLACE FOR EXAMPLES FOR KIDS TO USE?
