I have passed on the sql dump to the new hosts so hopefully they will know what they are doing and put it where it shoul be. Cant afford to loose the 250 registered members at this stage.

If so, go to your phpmyadmin, and import it via that into your new database.

Check your folder setup and make sure you have the folder "forums" in your files root directory.
