Thank you, on both points. I tend to agree that it's useless, but I have a user community who is very adamant, and, although it's useless, it doesn't actively hurt anything either. Thanks.

They think that folks are stalking them based on their IP addresses. We have moderators, and they want the moderators to be able to do their job without being able to ever see the members' IP addresses, which are currently plastered all over the moderator UI.

Do you have any suggestions of how I can handle this, without extensively hacking on the code?
