Per-style templates - It will be possible to have one set of templates per style.
What's that?
right now you have one set of .tpl-files.
With 1.3 you will be able to e.g. create a portal with a style etc.

Basically, it allows each style to customize its layout a little bit more. For example, certain styles may lend themselves to using a banner image in place of a title/description. In that case, the style can write a template for itself without the name/description, without affecting styles that need it.
How will the styles be installed in 1.3?
Lets say a style has some template tweak, do one need to go and upload files to diferent folders?
It would be cool to be able to wrap styles in a folder, including theis specific templates.

Youl could also have a default style with your own markup added to the templates, ads for example, which registered users can dispose of by choosing a different style.

I said 1.3. I didn't find any folder about "per-style templates".

If a style wants to, it can use its own template files by putting correctly named files within the folder. If it doesn't, it uses the default templates.

Why doesn't "Oxygen" use the "per-style template"?
Because per-style templates are only needed if you need a template that differs from the default. Oxygen doesn't.
Will PunBB be released with a "per-style template"? to show how awesome it can be. 
I don't see what we would add or why, other than as a demo
