I'm not a WP expert, but I've made a couple of themes - it's quite easy.

it's ok, have you Skype or MSN?
the work it hard, because the theme use a cutom field imput from a page.

You might want to try http://wordpress.org/support/... it would seem the most logical place to find a Wordpress expert.
