Topic: Converting PhpBB to PunBB

Hey all. I am trying to set up a PunBB board and convert my database from PhpBB 2.0. I installed the Migration Tool but when I try to run it I get the following error:

The constant FORUM_ROOT must be defined and point to a valid PunBB installation root directory.

I read in an older thread that this is because the converter does not support version 1.3 but that thread was very old. Is this still the case? How can I convert my database?

There is no converter phpBB 2 -> punbb 1.3. But you can convert your phpBB forum to punbb 1.2, and upgrade punbb 1.2 to punbb 1.3 following these instructions.
