Use PunBB 1.3dev (from SVN).
And could you describe the issue in details please:
1. What are you doing?
2. What do you expect?
3. What is going on?

Current version needs extra work: if topic is closed and user is not admin or moderator, topic messages should not contain “Reply” and “Quick quote” links in them.

Re: [extension release] JS post quote (pun_quote)

Bug report:

select a text, click on "Quick quote", observe: selected text is inserted (as a quote) into quick reply form, immediately after that you're redirected to "Post new reply" page with full message quoted.

Happens on this forum when using IE 6.0 (don't know about other versions).

I believe it happens to IE7 and 8 too (not sure about 9) - I had once fixed this (there's an error in scripts.js in line 38 - var ctrl is not defined), but actually found a problem with positioning the text in IE which I couldn't solve, so I shelved it big_smile

Can anyone please update this and make this work for 1.4.2. Its a very nice feature, especially for quick multi quote for qucik reply.

+1!! Very nice plugin smile

... I did put my plan to use PunBB 1.4 on hold and installed 1.3 as I could not find the same plugin in PunBB 1.4

Re: [extension release] JS post quote (pun_quote)

Anyone working on an update to this?

Re: [extension release] JS post quote (pun_quote)

I did that already but when installed I get this message at the bottom of the forum

Currently installed 2 official extensions. Copyright © 2003–2009 PunBB.

I used this to get rid of it
http://www.mediafire.com/file/rj7nls4m6 … d.zip/file
(That is one of the last working downloads someone may want to preserve it)

Not sure if this old extension breaks anything else so I will report back.
It works better than multi quote because you can quote multiple times or selct the text to quote so it basically does both functions.

Re: [extension release] JS post quote (pun_quote)

Installing the extension does break this extension
https://punbb.informer.com/forums/topic … elink-001/

Which is too bad because them working together would be perfect.
