Admin pagination problem

Members and guest have 10 topics and posts per page (as set in the pagination options), but as an admin I only got 3.
Where should I look to get this straight ? Did I miss something in the config file ?

PunBB 1.3.6 - MySQL 5.1.41 - PHP: 4.4.9
