Topic: Windows XP ServicePack2

Just wondering if any of you have tested this forum with WinXP Service Pack 2?

Re: Windows XP ServicePack2

Should work if SP2 doesn't make IE even worse, mess with your webserver or database, and are screwing up your computer so it can't boot ;)

Or randomly deletes files on your harddrive.

Im not sure though ;)

Re: Windows XP ServicePack2

I have it running on a local machine with the following setup

WinXP SP2
Apache
mysql 4
php 4

No problems. I haven't noticed any other problems with SP2 either apart from the annoying and irrelevant security warnings.

Re: Windows XP ServicePack2

Thank you. smile
I was reading about those security measures, so that was my only concern. However I am still running Win2K. Not a big fan of XP and XP-like programs. Default XP looks like christmas tree wink

I run XP, turned off the themeing and use the classic theme.

Can't tell it apart from Win2K.

Edit:
Just wondering... what is this topic doing in the bug reports section?

Re: Windows XP ServicePack2

You are not supposed to upload the upload directory, just the contents of it. And no, it is not safe to delete.

Do, or do not.

I meant after the upgrade from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5.
