Topic: PunBB in Web Design Mag

There is an article in Edition 108 of Web Designer Magazine about creating online communities. PunBB is among the suggested forum scripts and is the only one to feature in the pictorial installation guide. You can see a rather poor scan below. As I composed the fieldset legend text does that make me a published author?
