I registered at PunRes but I didn't receive a password and now I search for a possibility to contact someone who can correct this error. On the homepage I cannot find an address.

I installed the plugin Auto poll but I cannot use the tool. I find the options menu under the plugins in the administration account but that's it. I find no possibility to create a poll. What is my error?

Edit: I solved the problem. A second subdomain www..... is necessary.

I have to transfer the forum to another provider an actually I use a subdomain for the forum. Now there is a strange effect if I want to login or logout or when I try to save something. When I try to do this a site of my provider appears with the note that this site is not available. After a recall of the forum all seems to work fine. Maybe it is because I use a subdomain. I don't know where I should search the problem.

hello friends,
I had to move the forum from one provider to another and I changed the domain name too. Now I get the error
Unable to fetch guest information.In the database there is a guest entry available. I modified the config.php and changed the o_base_url in the file cache_config.php.
Where is the problem?
