I wanted to ask if there is a change to make change the text and style of the "add image to post".

Like if i want it to say "Upload image to post" and remove the dot before the line.

Yes, you can. Open postimage/manifest.xml in extensions folder, add after .js

?dot=0&text=Upload+image+to+post

Reinstall mod.

Also just noticed that the the script is loading in every page, and showing up almost everywhere that is not needed like admin page, near any box etc.

This is a very simple alternative to attachment mod. It works only with images and allows users to quickly add images to posts. All images are stored on third party image hosting service and bbcode for images is automatically inserted in posts when users upload images. Thumbnails are automatically created on image hosting server. This mod is very easy to install and very easy to use.
