Go to the Administration panel and under index look at the server load. If the number are above 3 or 5 then it's shows your server is overworked. That would be your web hosts problem.

Mine is 2.77 2.48 2.51 (pretty average)

See the little white dot by the topic name? That means you've posted in it.

This is more of a "wouldn't it be cool if?" than a feature request, I understand there are far more important things than this.

Ever used Basecamp? Wouldn?t it be cool if you could?
- reordered the forums with a simple drag and drop
- add a forums and categories without reloading or going to several different pages
- Err... have lots of swooshy effects
- etc

Web 2.0! YAY! WOO!

...I'll shut up now.

You don't have to set up an SQLite database. It happens automatically after you've filled in the form to install PunBB.

Unless you are running it from your own server or on a host which doesn't have SQLite.

Segpub and  TextDrive are the new cool kids.

I mean you can't make an empty line space without using the p tag.

^ The space I made between this post and that one was done with the return button. That doesn't work with the Textile on.

Don't forget the paragraphs, it's a very important part. Hit the return button a couple of times and you'll see it does nothing to the final post.

And thanks again for making this smile

All seems good expect the quote option no longer works like it should.

Also there are no auto paragraphs.

Awesome!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this. I can't wait to try it out.

I don't know if this plugin for Textpattern helps you, I didn't read anything but your title tongue

Textile is a much faster and simpler way of doing all the things BBcode does. Once you know what you're doing it's so fast and so easy you'll never want to go back (trust me). A few forums do have it working already but it's just through a quick fix that is a bit too flaky for my liking.

This is the fix and this is the file you need for it.

But i'd like to get Textile as a proper plug-in that does everything BBcode can do (and maybe a little more). So would anyone with decent PHP knowledge (since I have next to none) like to help?

If you end up doing all the work you should of course take all the credit, I just want Textile working!

We'd probably need to...

* Remove unnecessary elements such as tables, headers etc (might be fun to leave in thing like deleted text, acronym etc)
* Give it its own help documentation? (we could just link to textism)
* Get quotes working like those of BBcode.
* Give it an entry in what on bar, like BBCode: on

Odd. It was probably working I just wasn't getting any hits that time and removed it. Lol.

The bit of code it tells me to paste is already in the auto mint file. It has comments ('') around it. Do I need to remove these?

Cool. How can you do that then? I just put it in my Textpattern templates but i'd rather do it via htaccess.

I bought it too. I want getting bored of Textpattern's basic access log and I don't think Urchin is readable by humans.

This is a great stats package. No more reffer spam! And pretty stats from now on!

It's not mine. It's the work of Mr Shaun Inman.

Just thought i'd post it and see what people thought.

A tweak of a PunBB style but it looks great!
