well ok...will try the simple stupid copy/paste thing and update DB. No matter if fields appears one after each other in the profile, I just want more fields to appear

Now that I'm almost doen with it, I post the addy of my website.
It's in French (as you may have noticed with the [Fr] thingy in title ) and it's dedicated to engineers. It's aim is to make engineers help each others to solve problems they meet at work, including how to evolve in their career.
Many thanks to all moders out there who helped me alot to go up to there.
I still have a few work to do, but heh, thought it was worth speaking about it now

I had this probleme too when I tried to install punBB. nothing complicated here.
I guess you're site is hosted, isn't it? Mine is, so all of my DBs get a prefix, I have no choice. let me explain :
I created a DB called punBB for the forums.
My host automatically renamed it cyrilg38_punbb as I'm under shared hosting
So I had to name my DB cyrilg38_punbb on the install page.

Hi all
I'm new to punBB, just discovered it by chance and I find it's a niece piece of board. I'm even moving my website from phpBB to punBB, after I tried many other bulletin boards like IVB and Vbulletin...
I already went through alot of topics there regarding questions I have/had and found some answers, but still I have one remaining.
I noticed alot of feature request are based in comparison with other boards and needs we have for our own sites. My question won't be much different there, sorry
There is one feature I appreaciate with VBulletin : the fact we can reduce and expand categories so that the forum doesn't show as long as my arm I found nowhere a mod/hack to do this with punBB and I was wondering if someone already tried this?
