i tried first code on punbb 1.2.7
it gave following error :
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ELSE in /home/college/public_html/punbb/extern.php on line 340
can sombody please upload the final version ?

I am having problem in displaying latest forum posts.
the output of extern.php is not chaning dynamically after every new post.
what could be the problem ?

hi ,
I have punbb as my main member manager.
The problem is there are 2 logins for my site.
one from main site and other from forum.
Now ... punbb cookie doesnt expire soon .. so users are logged into to forum.
but ... from main site session expires after closing Internet Explorer.
so at same time .. Users logged into Forum
and Logged out from main site.
Is there anway I can rectify the problem ?

Hi ,
I ve recently transferred my phpbb database to punbb.
At the end of phpbb migration tool i had selected myself as admin.
But now i m not able to see admin panel.
Is there any way I can make myself admin ?
i have access to database through phpmyadmin
