I think 1.3 is vaporware

Ooh you are so banned wink

...try to kill some time by donating a whole heap of cash to Rickard and the guys. Owell, maybe not a whole heap but a handful. Or a pinch. Not just loose change though, promise. smile

So, what will everyone else be doing?

PS. Paul: great job with Safari compatability. Here's hoping 1.3 will look just as good.

That's not really an option. What you should do is add a link that for instance says "back", and links to the previous page. The back and forward buttons in the browser are... well, not evil, but they definitley have an evil side to them. smile

I base.css under /style/imports så hittar du

/****************************************************************/
/* 7. VIEWTOPIC SETUP */
/****************************************************************/

/* 7.1 This is the basic structure. */

Där under kan du ändra bredderna.

Found a heap of bugs...

1) The language file is not used (and so other lang-files ppl make will not be used).
2) No links to bank.php, donate.php etc. are installed.
3) A bit shoddy layout for the above pages (picky, I know, still...).
4) The readme does not mention all files to be edited in "Affected files:".
5) Not all files are included in each release package..

I'm hoping for a big easter surprise, that would totally beat any big old candy egg. smile

I'm curious, how did this turn out?

Edit: Nevermind, found Group Forum Subscribe 1.4 smile

Hehe, word... I'm checking this forum several times a day just because I really want to get going on my own project... But that's the way to cookie crumbles.

Word, Tobi... I wouldn't touch that thing with a ten-foot pole. Sure, it's fun but...

Sounds like something Scott Adams would say.

As Paul said earlier:

Paul wrote:

I think it would be better if no more poeple posted on their forum. If Rickard chooses to take any action thats up to him but lets not get him involved in a fight which was not of his choosing. Somebody on the related thread also suggested giving the forum a poor rating at hotscripts. I don't think that is a good idea as by implication that also gives PunBB a poor rating. Far better to have hotscripts remove it alltogether but thats a matter for Rickard.

Just bumping that... I feel kinda bad now when I have posted there hmm
Let the devs here solve this.

True that. Well, take your time, many of us here know what a pain that kind of work is, so we won't bitch about it too much. big_smile

Edit: speling erors

Well then don't. smile

Encourage people to update FF instead. That is, if the bugs are minor.

the idea behind Revo Forum was to build a discussion board that :
    * is very fast
    * has a simple layout and templating system
    * is easy to administrate and moderate
    * didn?t output huge, no-valid HTML pages, but instead, be 100% CSS and XHTML 1.0 compliant.

Revo is not a clone of any forum. It combines the best features found in every forum system available in a new and unique package. Its speed and ease to use cannot be matched by any other forum. Do not make the mistake and think that Revo is graphically handicaped. No Sir.

yikes

They have removed all copyright notices in the source code, COPYING document, etc.

Ok Paul, no worries.

Good thing that all browsers follow our beloved W3C standards, otherwise that job would be such a pain in the ass...

I'm just glad I'm not the one doing that particular job... hmm

Oh boy would I ever like some news... any news, I'll take it. How is your cat Rickard?

Ouch, and I'm such a fan of the search function, too. Only found the x-ray extension topic, but then again, it was a bit late. smile

Was browsing through some FF extensions and found this:
Right-Click-Link

Very useful, the author must be a complete asshat. wink

Just wondering - is this your site, or are you just pointing out to everyone that uTorrent runs PunBB? Just curious.

Just pointing out, I really like uTorrent too so maybe they'll get a few more users from this thread, who knows... smile

My site is www.limber.se/aftonborsen, but that's only relevant and/or funny to swedish people.

That is a lot... nice.

I don't think that many knows what "commit" means, so if you swing around such fancy words in a thread like this, people are going to get the wrong idea. wink

For those of you who don't know what "commit" means; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Version_control_system
Scroll down for info on commit.

I knew that, and therefore I decided to give you a little "push" by telling you my site depends on your progress... wink

Not that it would do any good of course. As you can see, I'm running my own project so I know time is a strange and wonderful thing.

Yaaay, my site depends on it. wink

Have a look-see: www.limber.se/aftonborsen (only for swedish folks)
