He is happy with his wife now.

It seems that "per-style templates" in 1.3 only add things, not "change" things.

There are still some XHTML codes in PHP files.

In include/template/main.tpl:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" <!-- pun_local -->>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<!-- pun_head -->
</head>
<body>

<div <!-- pun_page --> class="pun-page">
<div class="pun">

<!-- pun_skip -->
<div id="pun-home">Powered by <a href="http://punbb.org/">PunBB</a></div>

<!-- pun_title -->
<!-- pun_desc -->
<!-- pun_navlinks -->
<!-- pun_visit -->

<!-- pun_alert -->

<!-- pun_announcement -->

<!-- pun_crumbs -->

<div class="divider"><hr /></div>

<!-- pun_main -->

<div class="divider"><hr /></div>

<!-- pun_stats -->

<!-- pun_about -->

<!-- pun_debug -->

</div>
</div>

</body>
</html>

It seems that I cannot customize at all!

But I didn't find it.

Develops of PunBB have said many times that PunBB 1.3 will include "per-style templates" (one set of templates per style) system, but I still cannot see this system in the latest version of 1.3 Beta. We want to customize not only CSS files but XHTML structures.

When will this dream come true?

He said "weeks", not "a week".

This week = This month
This month = This year
This year = Next year

So this month = next year.

Yeah 1.3 looks farther to us now.

I think I should make a new theme in the future.

@daris

I went to your demo page and found style Outline very nice. Did you do it yourself? Who do i have to ask if it will give me permission to use it myself?

Thanx for answer.

I also desire this style. Where could we get it?

PunBB 1.3 hasn't been updated since April 24. What happened to it?

How did you know?

PunBB isn't popular in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China because PunBB isn't a "large" forum software.

Look like this.

News Generator. Created by Rickard Andersson. This plugin generates static markup based on topics in a specific forum. The plugin can be used to display news postings on the news page of a website running PunBB. PunBB.org uses this plugin.

"China" should be edited to "Great China". The Great China includes Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Why doesn't "Oxygen" use the "per-style template"?

In language packs,

:
!
.

should be

:(with a blank)
!(with a blank)
.(with a blank)

And remove blanks after those marks in .php files except ones in folder "lang". This rule is for multilingual.

I've checked some extensions of 1.3 Beta, and checked those codes inside files. Unfortunately, I found those extensions don't include multilingual sentences except English ones. Will this problem be solved in the future?

The Chinese one.
