I am pretty sure it is possible, you would have to edit a lot. You would probably need an extra table in your database for all your punportals. For every one of them, you would need all the settings again...

You could use different portal software for each portal. For example, you could use PunPortal for one and MiniPortal for another. If both portals have to run the same thing and they alter the database at all, you would have to edit one copy of the portal so they don't try to use the same settings.

Sorry what exactly do you want? Do you want the same side blocks on each of them and then just different main content?
