How do I add a custom banner header to punbb 1.3?
which php files should I edit what do I add?

On 'include/template/main.tpl' and 'include/template/admin.tpl', replace:
<!-- forum_title -->
<!-- forum_desc -->with whatever you want on your header.
Note: Your title and description will disappear.
