Can the admin install HTML into a user's profile that the user cannot edit?
Yes, HTML-code can be edited only by administrators and moderators.
And how can I download this extension?
in profile > settings > then bottom of page there's large empty box for entering the HTML
(just for those who wonder how it works)
thx!

I don't know if that is a problem from the extension or not, when I add html codes and type a break code <br> it just works inside the profile>settings section (above the white empty box) but not when viewing a post.
Some pics.

Try instead to use <br> <p> Code </ p> or <div> Code </ div>
Thanks De-Luxis.
Do you know if I can let any user change their html space by themselves ? I don't want it to be limited to admins and mods.

If you plan to let any user add HTML code to their profile you would need to make sure its got a fair bit of checking and validation to prevent both accidental breaking of the forum layout and from introducing security holes.
The subset of tags allowed should be very small (no div, frame, iframe, layer, table tags, script, applet etc. and only limited use of a/img tags) and the allowed values for the supported tags need to be very carefully checked.
If you do want users to be able to edit ideally it should not be used until an admin has vetted the html the user has included...
Thanks for the info Arimus.
My members are just going to use it for small images and linking to popular social sites.
De-Luxis can you help me with that please? giving the users an access to use this extension.
Yes, I am realizing that possibility in the next version.
Sorry for the delay, do not go there often.

Thanks a lot De-Luxis!! you are my hero.
always please me very interested in this deal.
In the next version of seizing the opportunity to edit the arrangement of elements, and the safety work and that would be unnecessary or insert, such <script>.
