Topic: Feature request of extension: Broadcast e-mail

Hi,

Broadcast e-mail is useful to broadcast news or important information, but is it possible to add one more SQL column to store whether user like or hate to receive these broadcast mails? How can i implement this?

I think it would be a good idea to activate  broadcast email here aswell
with above mentioned possibility to opt out

this would allow maybe monthly- bi-monthly updates on security fixes, new extensions to be sent to users and keep the interest stronger....

I get such emails from vbulletin regarding security issues for example and think it's useful....
