Topic: Adding Smile msg bar

Hi guys l really need help in adding smiles and adding img button on the message bar...l have search but couldn't do it..

Example Punbb 1.3

But punbb 1.4 Not show Smile

l am using PunBB version- 1.4.1

Smiles bar not implemented yet in 1.4.
