No problem, Rickard keeps a changelog file containing all the changes from one version to the next, so that you can enter them manually. It's part of the magic of PunBB :).

Take a look at the changelog file of your current version.

Well, you can, but it is a bit harder than doing it on a vanilla PunBB install. If you have mods installed, you have to manually change the files affected by the upgrade. To help you with that, there are instructions on what to change when upgrading from one version to another. Here's the difference between 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.

Yes, kdiff is nice, but the good thing about hdiff is that is outputs HTML so people won't need to install third party applications if they can't follow the diff unified format.

Don't *diff fuck everything up if there's several mods changing the same code? Feels like it can work fine for some mods, but not all.
