Does an image uploader exist as a plugin?
If Yes, where is it? If no, is somebody interested in making one?

why dont you just use the attachment plugin and limit it to image file only

Where can I download the attachment plugin? I did not know it existed. I saw a mod which could make that. But I think a plugin would be a more simple solution for me.

it has to be a mod, plugins cannot edit current punbb functions, basically the only thing they can do is interact with the database
