I want a option that enables to make topics sticky or announcement ( STICKY CAN BE REPLAIED AND ANNOUNCEMENT NO ) like phpbb .

Look at the bottom left of the viewtopic page and you will see moderator options for making a topic sticky and for closing a topic.

It's avaible only to moderators ? Or to admins too ?

I am a Administrator but I can't see this moderator tools . If I set moderator for a FORUM I see it smile
