How do I add a external link to the menu along with index, user list, etc. in the header? Like the link to PunBB.org in this forum.

All right! That was a piece of cake! But how do you remove the user list and register button?
Edit: I meant register, not search.

The register button is removed if you disable new registrations in admin/options. The user list thing you have to remove manually in functions.php (or wait for 1.3).
