Re:

Hey there, I'm not sure which forum to post this in, so I'm posting in 2 places. I hope that's okay. smile

Hi there, how are you all? I'm writing because I need help. I'm putting my website together, and I'm using the Nucleus CMS (http://www.nucleuscms.org) and the NP_PunBB plugin to intergrate the site and forum together. I've chosen the theme for my site, which you can see here - http://skins.nucleuscms.org/browser/colors3 - and would like to make my forum look exactly the same as this...the problem is I have no idea how. Could anyone either show me how to do it or make a skin for PunBB based on this Nucleus theme? Thank you!

Re:

I think you should use the templates that punbb uses, they are in include/templates. that way you can make your forum look like your website.

Re:

with trail and error just like me, you put in the template files all the css, javascript and everyting that your normal site also has but leaving in the <pun_status> etc.

here is 1 of mine template files.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="<pun_content_direction>">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=<pun_char_encoding>" />
<pun_head>
</head>
<body>
<pun_include "topmenu.inc.php">
 <div id="main-inner">
  <div id="punwrap">
    <div id="pun<pun_page>" class="pun">
    <div id="brdheader" class="block">
      <div class="box">
        <pun_status>
      </div>
    </div>
      <pun_announcement>
      <pun_main>
      <pun_footer>
    </div>
  </div>
  <pun_include "banner.php">
 <pun_include "footer.inc.php">
<pun_include "bbclone.inc.php">
</div>
</div>
</body>
</html>
