			<description><![CDATA[<p>I moved topics to an archive and set that &quot;archive&quot; forum read-only for all (unchecked Post Topics and Post Replies). However, a quick test shows that the users can still edit their own posts.</p><p>Is this behaviour by design and how to change it so that no edits are allowed in read-only forums?</p>]]></description>
