The problem hasn't occurred on other forums and you haven't provided us with much to look into.

If this still occurs try replacing all the files and see how that goes.

I was wondering why my registered user count was so low compared to the members I have at the site this forum is for, I think this problem is why. Im sure if I have been contacted by 3 members, there has to be others with the same troubles.

The only mod that deals with the register, is the antispam,however if you say its also on the log in then the problem is looking to be locally.

Antispam System - problem occured before installing this
Improved online list - problem occured before installing this
Pun poll - problem occured before installing this
PunBB Repository

I dont see any errors, however, if they cant see the boxes to signup they cant follow through with it so no errors would be caused.

The users need to provide more infomation as this problem is new. Can you find out what browser they are using? Can you reproduce the problem?

Are there any logs in the error log for the server relating to this?

I am having an odd problem...

I have had 3 different users so far that have told me they are unable to signup because...

"i was going to sign up at the forum but the boxes are all wierded out."
"I cant signup, the signup boxes arnt there"

I have 32 registered members but for some reason a few of them cant register. Even when I register them through the admin area, they still have problems with seeing the login boxes too.

Is anyone else running into this problem?
Is there a fix for this problem?
