You can filter rejected email in your mail client.

The error that the other server returned was:
550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try
550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or
550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at

I get 20 of these a day, a simple solution would be to have the sign up script check for a valid email

this is for bogus sign ups, I get 20 a day from no user at that server emails, most from gmail
