			<description><![CDATA[<p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://www.uniondead.com/img/dump/timeout.jpg" alt="http://www.uniondead.com/img/dump/timeout.jpg" /></span></p><p>As you can see, the problem is that css is not loaded, leaving the forum looking stripped, without borders, etc. Perhaps its not only css thats not being loaded, not sure. This only happens sometimes, but i noticed it also happened to me on this forum as well. I am not sure if its a bug, or my connection (49kbps). On my forum it occurred with only 2 guests, so it couldn&#039;t be server overload.</p><p>I was thinking maybe include the css earlier in the code? Any ideas? </p><p>(my ftp is not working, i&#039;ll keep trying to upload the image)</p>]]></description>
