A ban user can access the forum, his profil ... the actually ban prevents only from answering ...

are you sure? i thought ban just replaced all pages with the ban message

I would like a ban system where the user can't do anything ... and of course, if I put Pun on a whole site, the ban prevents him from viewing it.

Why ? Because a ban user can continue to take emails (or contact forms), for example.

I think it would be cool to put it in "OPTIONS" in admin mode : choose the level of ban.
