je travaille sur une traduction ARABE de PunBB , qui utilise l'encodage universel UTF-8.
Vous pouvez la voir sur ce forum: http://cnd.africa-web.org/forum
si vous voyez qu'elle est opérationnelle, je vous l'enverrai pour l'ajouter en GPL, dés sa finition.
