Because some very BASTARDS USERS (hum hum ... sorry smile smile smile) catch emails / msn to be not correct with other users.

Of course I can ban, but the problem is not here : the ban comes AFTER the problem : or I don't want PROBLEM.

THe top would be creating a group session and this group after proving is not "bad guys", have the possibilites to have "normal rights".
