Topic: Locked out - Maintenance Mode - FAQ will not help

Hi All

The site I look after has had to be rebuilt and during this time I attempted to close the boards in maintenance mode, this did not work!

The next day more files were uploaded to the sqldb and now I am locked out.

The problem is I can not see any folder called extras! grrrrr

Please please help?

Download the punbb package again. The extras folder is not located in you forum root.

Do I add it simply on the root server or into the sqldb?
