Topic: Making backups

Hey,
Can somebody tell me/direct me to a help page on if it's possible to backup the user list and all the posts on the forum if you're an admin but not the person directly hosting the website ?

How do I upload and use that if i'm not managing the actual server though ?

Oh: the answer is if there are no tools to make backups already on and you can't upload files, there is no way to make a backup wink
