As I tried to post something in Thai Language in the Board
it shows:
"Messages must not contain only capital letters and special characters in this forum"

Where did you try this, in these forums or somewhere else? Also, which browser are you using? Can you try with a different browser?

I mean I had installed punBB in my web site.
The installation completed without any error, anyway, when I started to post something in Thai or with all CAP letter, it displayed "Messages must not contain only capital letters and special characters in this forum"

I also encountered the same problem in Japanese. I could solve it though. I turned the feature of 'only capital letters' off.
Isn't the Thai language one of 2 byte code? I think 2 byte languages use codes out of iso-8859-1, then kick out. Really, Japanese uses 80h usually and kicked out.
I hope to add the caution for admins using 2 byte code languages in somewhere on the admin page.
