"I've seen some awesome punBB skinners on this forum, and since the first challenge was such a success, let's take it to the next level.

I challenge someone to come up with a slick looking techish skin using the below as their base inspiration (yes I know utorrent is using a punbb skin on this site), and Blue and White as it's color theme. If It's a good theme, I'll get you a reward over paypal.
