Well, if my memory serves, that's PunBB 1.0.x, not 1.1 
And the error I'm seeing is

Database reported: Table 'queerbud_queerbuddy.z_punbb_options' doesn't exist (Errno: 1146)which means that the database table doesn't exist. Have you deleted it?

Yeah, but you shouldn't just go around deleting tables, you'll lose the data in it. 
I'm also going to suggest that you updated to 1.2.16 for security reasons.

ok i got it backup. how do i access the moderators section of the forums? is there a url. that i can delete forums and sections. thanks. i am the mod in the moderators. im clueless

Then look in the administration panel, I don't remember exactly where (I only worked with 1.1.x briefly and never with 1.0.x)

Your base URL should be without the www. then
You'll need to edit it in the database directly and then delete the config cache file.

that worked smartys! man u are a genius! one more question. on the forums, it says moderated by, with nothing next to it. meaning my name should be there. since im an admin or do i need to set someone to be a mod to make it say something

Actually, it should have a username next to it if it's there.
Go to your profile, go to Administration, and check the box for that forum. That should hopefully put your name there.

check what box for what forum. i see a random box next to the categories in the admin. but when i click it and look at the forums still my username doesnt show up. can i edit it through the mysql database?
