just before now,i changed the style of the forum,
then my forum rules got disabled automaticaly, rules changed to " your rules here" something like that
and the announcement gone also, the announcement still enable but the content of the announcement change to " enter your announcemnet here "
reallly annoing..what happened?

Changing the style shouldn't do that.
I just know that rules anf announcement maybe stored in cache.
I dont know what's that going on with my site.
I didnt open cpanel to do something with the file.
have you got any other admins on your site that can do this?
If you mean you changed the default style for the forum, then what might have happened was that someone changed the values in the database. Changing the default style generates a new cache file, which would have the database values,
