in my opinion
1- first advantage i have for 1.3 is that it have a fancy url choice in sittings ...

revised code is all new code. basically its not 1.2
extensions.. kinda like plugins tbh, but they can kind of edit the code for you to mod your forum.
better markup... the css is better

It isn't all new code, but the devs have gone through it and cleaned it up and such.
As for the support, well, since alot more users will be using 1.3, more community support will obviously be available for 1.3.
Not to mention that pretty much all 1.2 mods made will become unsupported.

you mean that when you install a mod in extension place just put the files and click install and they will edit the files for you ... that will be ausome ,,,
but there is still a problem
i dont know how will it take for beta .... people started to get alot of bugs ... if you see bugs like that when will finish the finial version ... it will take alot of time ..,
