Yeah, When I go to my forums, it just say: "Error: Unable to fetch user information."

I don't know why - it just happened.

Uhm, I have enabled DEBUG mode, I just don't know where I can find the report neutral

DEBUG mode makes the error give more information than just what you have posted.
