Topic: Topic Read Not Updating

Hm, not sure if this happens in all PunBB but when someone post a new topic or reply, it shows as unread. Thats normal I know but when I click on the post to read it and i go back to the front page, it says that it is still unread, this is weird, anyone know the problem?
