Topic: If Accept Rules then access to write

Sorry for my bad english,
i search a sscript for my rules. I insert today the Forums-Rules and want, that my Usder accept the rules first, before they could write any message in the forum!

Like:
if dont accept the rules
then dont have any permission to reply or open a new threat

Do u have any solution for this?

Only allow registered users to write then? Then they have to accept the rules before registering.

Yes, but i insert the rules after the register procress...  So i have more than 1000 users and they need to submit the rules after ....
