What about hiding emails from spammers?

Having something like

<a href="mailto:user@domain.com">User</a>

is an invitation to spammers, right?

How (I'm assuming you're talking about when you choose to share your email address, and not the form email ability that makes it possible to not share your email address with random third parties)? Come up with an accessible way (so no Javascript, no images, etc).
