Well Yesterday (9th march 2004) this PunBB site had reached its 1000th member SuNBor9

So why does the footer show 837 registered users?

I've been down so long it's beginning to look like up..

Yeah, there are only 837 registered users even though the user ID column has reached over 1000. I've deleted a few user accounts over time (test registrations and the like).

BTW: can you amend your redirection page so it's the same width as the rest of the site? I did it on mine and it looks much better. It's just something that bugs me every time..

Hmm. I kinda like it the way it is now. It separates redirect pages from "real pages".
