i would recommend taking them more mature and more like they are human. though they should be helpful, they may possibly treat you differently because you are 15 with less experience, and may feal the need to mess you about, especial when you make threats and are scarstic!

and like the post above, its your business, nothing said here will change the fact that your account got suspended.

Their are steps you can take if you havnt breatched the TOS to get your money back.

And if you type in 3ix.org in google you'll see so many bad reviews.. this sucks so hard i shouldnt' of signed up.

Lawyers? are you mad. Your 15.... You seem to lack the correct understanding of Internet hosting... You arnt able to treat people with respect, and its only $18.. lawyers are more use to dealing with cases that involve $20,00 +..


I have just spoke to them, and they were helpful, understanding and professional. I started by asking them how they were, not because i care, but because its friendly.
You have broke their TOS and they do not give refunds for that, regardless if you are in the 30 day money back.

whenever i have problems with my host, i never talk to them like that, just remember, they are humans.. And it helps if you search for hosting comapny reviews.. I spent 2 months looking at diffrent hosts.

Ok I called them and they said there phone like was closed and told me to leave my name and number so I did.


Now time will tell until I Talk to a representive to explain my issue then if they dont giv me money back I'm Pressing charges.

fact im 15! i said i was 13 to see if they would treat me diffrent.

and at no point have they scammed you. They have said that you are responsible for your hosting account, and they can suspend your account, without reason.

Nick. The Terms of Service are there for a very good reason. Read through them, and you will understand that they have not broken any agreement. Everything is stated quite clearly. There is no use harping on. This subject is serving no use, and you most definitely would not get a solicitor to give your complaint a second glance, not even with the 'lawsuit culture' which is prevalent in certain countries.

Just let it go and learn from your mistakes. That is why they call it experience. Only a fool doesn't learn from it.

I understand u from saying Learn from your mistakes but MY mistake was trying to mess with the cron script in feed aggrivator mod witch I downloaded here? because that's the only time I was using cron script and ovblivisuly that was the problem and it was spamming emails or something

Only reason why im so raged is because I never did this it was like a cron job script and I haven't done anything (PHYsicall) I've never spammed anyone's email and it just feel's like I'm getting framed from this..

And it says 30day money back guarantee they cant just say in the T.O.S that they cant giv u a refund because u got suspended it feels like they just suspended me for nothing I Even lost my Database and site because they told me it will cost 120$ for it to be repaired and for my account activate again because the admin had to physically fix the servers. Witch is really bullshit.

I'm just so frustrated at this point because I really havn't done nothing.. except play around in cpanel with cron job I guess trying to install the "feed aggrevator mod" and now i get suspended

They also told that they were going to UNsuspend me in the next 24hours.. Then today THEY Termintally DELETE My account witch is another bullshit move.. im just really depressed now... sad

As to whether it was intentional or not is irrelevant. To be truthful, if you had conversed with them in a proper manner over the issue, your account would probably still be active now too. At the end of the day, that little experiment of yours could have led to them being listed on a RBL or other such list. As a company, they have a perfectly valid right to protect theirs, (and all their other customers), interests. Accept it, learn from it and move on.

I think if you had of  left the converstaiton at the point of where they will give you the 24 re-activation it would of been ok, but i belive you inflamed the situation... in a number of ways..

And regarding the legal situation, am i right in thinking your going to pay for a rep?

You as a customer have a responiblity, i watch watchdog eveyweak, and you have failed to follow them
