@Bawls. Looks quite tidy. 
One thing I might suggest though is some horizontal division between the forums on the index page. The lack of any dividing lines makes things seem to merge a tad.

Looking very tidy but I'm not convinced that the black background is tweaked right. I think either get rid of it or make it slightly wider.
Oh and I can't get it to work in IE7. The site just goes into a continious loop of trying to load and failing.

The IE7 issue is a bad meta redirect. Probably because it doesn't have URL: before the URL bit.
